Sentry release & sourcemaps for the UI

Currently, with the component refactor we don't do Sentry release for the UI and uploading source maps. This is because the UI will need to have some versioning introduced that it can be used for release tracking. Currently, it is the release-please that bump the version in the root's package.json we need to find way how to duplicate (for example) this version into the ui/package.json for the release or find some other way how to bump versions in ui/package.json.
