Unify output of status command

Currently, the status -v command would return:

Unify:

• call everything xBZZ (staked BZZ -> staked xBZZ)
• display everything in same units (reward is in PLUR, but should also be in xBZZ)

Optionaly: let user decide via argument whether xBZZ or PLUR (xPLUR?) is displayed.

Also, the number of decimal places should be unified across outputs. It should show all the decimals to represent the PLUR values. At some outputs, there are not 16 decimal places, which makes it difficult to use the outputs to determine the number of PLUR.
