Allow toping up stamps generated on another node

On swarm-cli ver 1.12.0, trying to top up a stamp not generated on the node running swarm-cli, an error is returned.

ERROR Bad Request: cannot find batch

The stamp does seem to get toped-up despite this.

Requested: allow toping up stamp generated on another node, with support for messages of "success", when toping is successful.
