Check if running latest version

It would be beneficial for the user to know when there is a new version of swarm-cli out, especially if the swarm-cli is installed globally. Having a check which query the Github Releases, verifies if the installed version is latest and if not print a message for non-quite swarm-cli execution would be awesome!
