Balance and chequebook initial values are wrong on the home page

  • [x] Balances stay undefined for a split second for each page refresh
  • [ ] Chequebook sometimes displays it is not deployed, but after some seconds of Bee running, it correctly displays its balance

Oh yes we need to check the isLoading and error for the hooks/providers.
