Bee "status" information - overlay address and accessibility

Problem The Swarm benefits greatly when bee's P2P port is publicly accessible. Additionally, when doing some analysis, it may be handy for the end user to know their overlay address when researching network topology issues.

Solution

• [ ] Add to the status page an indicator as to the accessibility of the node. It would be potentially advisable here to use yellow for all "non-critical" failure cases. If the bee node is not publicly accessible, link to article content about port-forwarding etc, and why it's beneficial to the swarm to make it accessible.
• [ ] Add to the info page the bee node's overlay address.
