Error in locator

Hi,

I’ve noticed that when encoding the message “CQ EA5JTT IM99” with JTencode Library (https://github.com/joanpao/FT8_beacon_NTP_OLED) , the receiver decodes it as “CQ EA5JTT IM9”.

The same issue occurs when using other locators.

Any idea what might be causing this problem?
