Changes from npm audit

Fixes the vulnerabilities identified by npm audit. Note: the changes made by npm audit fix --force are breaking version changes and I have not verified that everything still works correctly after these changes (my dev environment is behaving badly). Strongly recommend linking and testing this with the UI/augur-app to make sure everything's still ok after the change.
