I believe this may have been tied to #108. Waiting for etherhub.io to resync with the new changes, this may take ~1 week. After this we'll be able to know for sure if all transactions are being properly tracked.

I didn't include contract internals in issue #108; though I can't see why those wouldn't work as well.
