Add api switch

Having a switch to go between etherhub, epool, and gastracker or any other known public api would be nice.

great idea. are epool and gastracker open to that? the etherhub node (that's what the wallet is using right now) is running on a low-budget server and requests can be slow.

gastracker doesn't support whole set of api, for example filters aren't supported atm. but other things should work

awesome. etherwallet only uses getBalance, sendTx, and contract interactions.
