Launchpad does not recognize potential double deposit

I just created a deposit.json file with 2 validators on goerli/prater, then depositet to one validator and waited at least 30minutes. Re-opened the launchpad, and uploaded the .json again, and expected the launchpad to recognize the first deposit, but it did not.

This bug could lead to potential deposits on mainnet.
