Check if user has synced their Eth1 node
Currently (Pre genesis), users who have deposited, have enough time to start syncing their eth1 node after they have done their deposit, or sync while doing the deposit, and there is enough time to be in sync by genesis. However, once the chain starts rolling, users will only have 16 hours after their deposit (assuming validator queue is empty) to have their setup ready.
Please add some kind of verification/and/or obstacles to make sure the user is synced with the eth1 node, otherwise they will not have their setup ready by the time their validator is active, and potentially lose money.
One idea would be to have a checkbox with, a timer, and warning that the user might lose ETH -
"YES, my ETH1 node is synced" , "NO, my ETH1 is not synced"
Hey @Buttaa! This checkbox exists on https://launchpad.ethereum.org/checklist

Do you suggest making it more clear on the checklist and/or https://launchpad.ethereum.org/select-client page? After "Choose your Eth 1 client and set up a node"?

Correct, this one :)
