List of metadata improvements

• Solidity is working on EOF changes, they will need to update how metadata is stored in bytecode following EOF specifications.
• It's a good chance to update major metadata issues (e.g. metadata IPFS hash calculated from metadata as string, not metadata as a json object)
• Let's create a list of possible metadata improvements
