Make `lib-sourcify` compatible with browsers

To make edge verification possible, we should be able to use lib-sourcify in browsers to verify contracts.

Apologies if there is already an issue for this, I couldn't find one.

This is planned, but we are waiting for solcjs to change some dependencies. In theory they will change the deps this fall, after we will implement it!

Nice that more people are having the same idea!
