Names of fields and explainations in mainnet modal need updating

Describe the bug The mainnet modal is not clearly explaining the gas issues, the names of the fields are different than the gas issues as they are attempted to be explained in the terminal. Its not clear where these factors are - "maxFeePerGas & Max PriorityFeePerGas in any chain that isn't mainnet.

We need to work on this.
