File Explorer - doesn't need tooltips on file names or folder names

Describe the bug The file explorer doesn't need a tooltip on the file names. I think I had argued this before. The only reason I can see for having it is when you want to know the path to a file. But for the most part, the tooltips seem silly - telling me the name of a file that I see just below.
