UX probs with deleting workspaces

Describe the bug It looks like any workspace can be deleted (even if it is not the current one) by clicking on the 3 dots (kebab) and then selecting delete. But its doesn't go away if it not the current workspace. Also the popup menu asks if you want to delete the current workspace - I don't - just the one I just selected to delete. After selecting the to delete the current one from the kebab menu of a workspace that is not the current workspace, a null workspace appears. Upon refresh the workspace I wanted to be deleted is gone - but a null workspace is in the list

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. select a workspace that is not the current one and click the kebab
2. you'll get this menu:

then this popup with is not correct:

3. the deleted workspace is usually still there
4. upon refresh it is gone but a null workspace is in the list:
