Github actions not working due to require the workflow scope

Describe the bug I can't get a GH action script to work when I push to GH. The error it gives is this:

But the token I've added in the login includes the workflow scope.

I tried @ryestew and it worked fine. You need to check the token and see that it is created for the right repo. or something. we check it together.
