Select an AI Model from desktop

On the Desktop remix IDE, the user should be asked to select the model suggestions must be generated off

• Dropdown list showing all supported model
• Each model has its size in GB in parenthesis
• Once selected, the download progress is shown, can be sent to the background,
• User is notified when the download is done and also when the AI is active
• The default recommended model should be the first one and a label Default should be at its most right
• No AI inference until model is downloaded, selected loaded and further
