Remix Desktop displays a "scam alert" even though it's standalone

A "scam alert" is visible in the build of Remix Desktop, which may be useful in the website but isn't really useful in the standalone app imo.

If it is wanted, the text would need to be changed from "The only URL Remix uses is remix.ethereum.org" to something relevant to the desktop app.
