IDE Hometab Suggested Features Panels

1. Compile a set of rotating "Suggested Features" and "New Features" for the Hometab module that would click through to videos / learneth / js walkthroughs.
2. Design a "CMS" workflow parallel to, but separate from, the dev cycle to easily add these and swap them out or deprioritize them through tagging.
