Etherscan plugin's UI issues

Home:

• change the event type for the input field for the contract address, listen to value input not change (now we should focus out to enable the verify btn)
• info about submission should have overflow hidden etc. it says save gid but there is no copy and it disappears after it is submitted. confusing.
• maybe add a hint to find GUI in receipts
• Make sure the contract is already verified on Etherscan should be at least a warning color or
• proxy verification can be done in 2 steps by plugin. first, verify the implementation and then automatically the proxy.

Receipts:

• there vertical scroll should be removed.
• filter makes no sense because we don't have guide.
• pass-verified -> too long
• add copy btn for guide
