This bar can be for Scam alters or any other alert. For scam alters, it should be a warning color not a "stop in your tracks" color - but it should be visible and not be confused with the Remix "blue).

1. If dismissed - when does it return?

   • 1 per release?
   • reappear weekly / monthly

2. What if 2 things should appear?

• have everything on a single line

3. Should there be different categories?

• ones you can't close and ones you can and ones that you close that keep coming back (the zombie) - intentionally (our intention)
