add badge for Verified Plugins

For plugins we have made or plugins that we have audited, there should be a badge in the Plugin Manager that says Verified by Remix or something similar.

[x] update profile of all plugins
[x] update plugins in Remix Plugin (https://github.com/ethereum/remix-plugin/pull/411)
[x] update the remix UI with a check mark & and tooltip to indicate Remix maintains this plugin - and more info (issue link etc) about each plugin (https://github.com/ethereum/remix-project/pull/2557)
[ ] Move remix managed plugins to the remix-project directory (issue: put number )

In the profile, if the "maintainedBy" field is Remix, there will be a green checkmark. The checkmark will be the badge.
The verified field will not be part of the profile.
