Transaction not completed

Please have a look at transaction https://etherchain.org/account/0x6aeae508202037775e045490f8e6c2f07c290760. There is still some balance left which is not sent to the given wallet address. Where will this balance go. It's neither visible in the sending wallet nor receiving wallet. Does this mean I have lost this amount.

Ethereum accounts have a way of sending the entire amount - I've seen it on EthereumWallet and MEW. You should be able to send the entire remaining amount with that (unless that by itself is too small already to pay for the gas).
