Fix: Issue #12046 - Documentation Formatting and Consistency

Description

As suggested in the issue, I made the following changes.

• Fixed bulletpointing and indentation issues for Zeeve and Tokenview entries.
• Sorted the entire list alphabetically for better readability.
• Added bold formatting to highlight the DRPC name.
• Corrected "API’s" to "APIs" for consistent grammar.
• Capitalized "RPC" and "WSS" in the phrase "Both rpc and wss endpoints are open to use" for consistency and clarity.
