Update node clients content [Fixes #13199]

Fixes https://github.com/ethereum/ethereum-org-website/issues/13199 Replaces https://github.com/ethereum/ethereum-org-website/pull/13200

1. The validator client may be run as a separate client even though it is generally bundled with CL. This clarifies and better aligns the text with the final table ## Components of a node comparison {#node-comparison}.
2. The image implies that EL and CL may "drive" each other. This is not the case, CL can "drive" EL via the Engine API (Besu docs recently updated to improve clarity over this). EL "replies" to CL via Ending API, passively.
