eth-wiki Language sweep

While we're relaunching, it seems a good chance to give everything a good language sweep to fix spelling and grammar errors, and clarify a few points.

Use one PR so we can track progress.

@muddlebee the eth.wiki is generally out of date on several issues. I think it's probably more productive to try and make PRs to ethereum.org instead, their repo is here: https://github.com/ethereum/ethereum-org-website/

@timbeiko do we need to port any of the articles from eth.wiki like https://eth.wiki/fundamentals/rlp to ethereum.org ? There are much more afaik. Might have to check with the ethereum.org team what all are required.

@muddlebee that's actually a really good idea. Anything "timeless" should probably be ported there. And yes, asking the team where/how to incorporate that content is a good idea!
