New lint for markdown in the title and/or description

Pretty self-explanatory. It's not supported by Jekyll (or vitepress, to my knowledge)

Did you have a particular implementation in mind? Parse as markdown, make sure there aren't any HTML tags in the output?

Nope, just disallow the following characters in the title:

*`>[()]
