Identify/create good first issues

It would be nice for there to be a group of "good first issues" for new contributors.

Hello @jtraglia , It would be great to have a set of “good first issues” for new contributors to work on. We’re about to kick off Women in Ethereum Protocol (WIEP) Cohort 4 next week, and having GIFs or small tasks listed here would be much appreciated by the cohort participants.

I’d love to share a bit more about the cohort and discuss some ways the consensus spec repo could get involved happy to continue this in DMs.
