Add EIP: ERC721AS - Auto Staking

This PR introduces the ERC721AS standard, an extension of ERC721A, designed for efficient batch minting and automatic staking of NFTs. The key features include:

  • Automatic staking mechanism with customizable staking policies.
  • Efficient batch minting to reduce gas costs.
  • Full compatibility with existing ERC721 interfaces.

This proposal aims to provide a more flexible and gas-efficient standard for NFT projects that require staking functionalities.
