Proposed solution for this work idea

Compile op-program using TinyGo compiler which is designed to target embedded platforms and reduce the risk of it using functionality that cannon doesn’t implement. This makes it more akin to the rust nostd targets. We Need to review how much of a difference this makes and the MIPS support is currently minimal, but it seems like something we can explore.
