kona-sp1: Migrate to the latest sp1 version

We're using a fork of sp1 to avoid LGPL licensing issues. This problem has been fixed upstream, but we're still reliant on the 5.2.2 release of sp1 crates. We should migrate to the latest 5.x.x based sp1 crates that doesn't depend on LGPL2 licensed code.
