Make npm package cross platform

Description

In https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/mocktimism/pull/46 we added a way of publishing mocktimism to npm. To make it cross platform we need to add postinstall scripts. Example of this is here https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/mocktimism/pull/46
