This PR adds Lisk Sepolia support to the SDK.

Additional context

Simplify DX for developers using the OP SDK with Lisk.

Hey @Tschakki , we just recently removed goerli from networks so this unfortunately has a merge conflict again. Feel free to ping me as soon as you fix this!
