Brief Description of the Docs Request

We need to generalize the running and OP Sepolia node from source to be for any superchain network. This makes it where it can be used by any chain in the superchain registry (zora, base, mode etc.)

Description of the Documentation You'd Like

We need the tutorial to be revised. How to run a node in the superchain page will also need to be updated/more generalized for any chain in the superchain registry, particularly the section under build your node
