The link https://community.optimism.io/docs/governance/retropgf-3/ returns a 404 not found issue.

  2. Click view docs image

  3. It shows the following

I'm not sure where the correct document is, if we know, a simple url change should fix this problem. Let me know if I can help creating a PR~
