SRI - Setup a new frontend project that will serve as a basis for the demo app

Overview

Once BRI-3 is completed, we ll want to have a small demo project that will enable people to interact with it via a GUI. Scope of this task is to setup a scaffolding of a demo project using any popular framework (Angular, React, Vue) or vanilla Javascript.

Place it in the bri-3/demo folder for the beggining.

Acceptance

  • Empty demo project is setup and can be started by running a single CLI command
  • It should just fire up a web page with Hello world for now

Also check if the app from bri3/front-end folder can be reused but do not lose to much time if it is not a fit. Maybe it is faster to build from scratch.

Sry but I'm not experienced enough to build a GUI for BRI-3. Lmk if there are any simpler tasks for me or if I can help with smaller parts of the GUI
