Write a new post in the forum announcing the wiki and suggested usage.

Ideally, also that while Site Feedback category is great for general feedback, that we use Issues for actionable infra work — eg request for a new Ring category.

We've never written about using this Scrolls wiki or the repo / issues.

If you want to help manage issues, you should .... file an issue asking to be added as a maintainer here!
