Request for Addition: Global Trust Network and Stability Testnet

We wish to request the inclusion of our blockchains, "Global Trust Network" and "Stability Testnet," on Chainlist. We have noted that the chainId assigned to Global Trust Network (101010) coincides with that previously used by Soverun Testnet. However, we wish to highlight that Soverun Testnet is not currently operational, which justifies our request for the reassignment of this chainId to Global Trust Network. Below are key points supporting our petition:

• Global Trust Network uses the chainId 101010, the same assigned to Soverun Testnet.
• The infrastructure of Soverun Testnet appears to be non-operational, evidenced by: - The official website (https://soverun.com/) is inaccessible, suggesting the project may be inactive. - The RPC services of Soverun Testnet also seem to be offline, indicating a lack of activity. - The last social media activity dates back to December 2022 (source: Soverun Network Twitter), suggesting no recent updates or maintenance.

Given the above, we kindly request the reassignment of the chainId 101010 from Soverun Testnet to Global Trade Trust.
