Increase PDF compression

Reopening from #65 after updating to v2.2.0, a scan has the exact same size at 2.3mb on the "low" quality setting.

It'd be great if you could let me know if the file size is large even when the document uses only normal scan (kindly check by creating a new document using normal scan). Cheers.

Ok I did some testing for you:

On a quick scan the file size was 2.3mb on low, med, high quality. It appears the quality setting doesn't make a change and I also couldn't see a visible difference.

On a normal scan the file size was 885kb also on low, med, and high quality and didn't see a visible change. I didn't crop and used the original pic.

Seems to be broken, I can confirm.
