Duplicate delete buttons, one of them causing a error

Craft Pro 4.15.1

When deleting tags via the table in /admin/tags, there is 2x "Delete" buttons, one above the other.

The first delete button also errors with the below:

"Typed property ether\tagManager\elements\Tag::$replaceWith must not be accessed before initialization"
