Tags not updating in the list view on edit

Description

On editing a Tag the change is not reflected on the list view. However, it shows on clearing the Control Panel cache.

Usage Example:

Steps:

1. Go to the Tags plugin and edit any tag.
2. Save the tag and check in the list view.

Expected Output:

1. The updated tag should show in the list view.

Actual Output:

1. The old tag will show in the list view.
2. The updated tag will show on checking the detail view.
3. An updated tag will show on clearing the Control Panel cache.
