Updating site name not updating social image titles

Description

If I update the site name, the title for the SEO snippet is updated but not for the social images. Fixable with a quick find and replace under Utilities but ideally any change to the site name should cascade through titles that use it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update Site name
  2. Check the title of any social images in use
