What are this project's output artifacts?

It's not yet established, either informally or via any software toolchain, what exactly this group will produce.

Presumably, we should produce human-readable documents (for potential future EIP track efforts), as well as formal schemas where applicable.

Likely follow-on work from this would be to implement a basic software setup for building source materials into these output artifacts.
