Bug: Calendar Rules for Access Scheduling showing wrong time

I am trying to set a start and end time/date for a particular user.

I select the start day, month, year, time. Same for end.

I then hit save.

On the summary page it then shows under Calendar: Accessible from at until at .

However the time is not the same I set.

I wonder if it has to do with the time zone being different on those two screens.

I am on US Mountain time. The time shown on the summary page is 6 hours ahead.
