sweep process stay to 0%

Ive just installed the lock manager app and handler for schlage . Im able to lock and unlock my schalge be469. But the sweep process stays a 0% .

I dont get any notifications ect ... i guess that the sweep process has to end before getting all the options ..

Finally discovered that my lock wasn't installed properly but still haven't the notifications. They are all enabled in the app .. but not receiving any notifications or events .. manualy lock or unlock doesn't appear to the log events

I have the same issue. Unable to program any users. I thought my lock was broken. Performed factory reset, manually changed all codes, re-added it to the Z-WAVE network.

I ended up ethayer software and replacing it with RBoy. Everything works fine now.
