After adding new Schlage Connect lock no users can be added

I used this app for several months with 2 locks and several users. It had a few small bugs, but I could work around it. Two weeks ago I've installed an additional Schlage Connect Camelot Touchscreen Deadbolt, and added to this app. This created a havoc and the app became unreliable.

After installing the new lock, according to the app, all existing users have access to the new lock, but when on the keypad I typed any of the user codes none of them worked. I tried deleting all the users, recreating the users, but still nothing. I also tried resetting the lock and resetting the users for this lock, but nothing worked. It seems that adding a new lock in the app messed up the access on the other locks.

I wish this app is payable in return for a better technical support. This could be an amazing app.

I too have had 2 locks working great. Went and added 3rd schlage touchscreen lock(added using same DTH) Added existing users to lock. And now none of my locks will update codes. All code changes and updates fail nonstop. I've tried to reinstall app and locks and users. No success.

Most likely the issue was due to the Type of the device that gets assigned automatically (by SmartThings) when you add it. It automatically sets it as a Z-Wave Lock. Once I changed it to "Z-Wave Schlage Touchscreen Lock" this app worked fine.

This might be an issue in SmartThings rather than in this app, but this workaround works fine for me.
