VelocityA with fishing rod

Currently I have a plugin that tries to imitate the normal fishing rod, but for some reason the player gets VelocityA

For some reason, VelocityA falses at 99.99% on some servers (none on the test server with default KB) - in the next update (2.5.1), there will be a customizable option to lower the setting of VelocityA.
