Website returns a 404

Trying to install watchexec-cli on a github codespace using apt, the documentation pointed me to this website, but currently it seems to give a 404 on everything: https://apt.cli.rs/

The server is currently experiencing some issues, I will hopefully know more in a few hours.

@emmatyping, looks like it still returns a 404 404 Not Found for https://apt.cli.rs/

Should be fixed again, having intermittent power losses I'm still debugging. I'll keep this open for now.

Looks like the cli.rs domain was not renewed: https://github.com/zackify/cli.rs/issues/113

For now you can use apt.0xe.me as a replacement.
